Over the last two decades, we have worked closely with the team to enhance Javelin's success through effective VM practices as the brand expanded and acquired more shops and floor space.

Our main goal is to keep the stores visually appealing and up-to-date with changing customer preferences, new product offerings, and industry innovations. Regular store audits help us identify areas for improvement in product presentation, sometimes leading to layout adjustments in complex multi-floor spaces.

Recently, we have successfully enhanced product segmentation in menswear with the addition of a new retail floor, allowing for clearer departmental organisation and improved store navigation. This has resulted in each product category having a stronger visual presence, ultimately driving higher sales.
