M&S | UK & INTERNATIONAL VM

M&S has provided us with an amazing opportunity to engage in various aspects of VM across different product categories at their head office, and in-store both in the UK and internationally.

Over the years, we collaborated closely with the head office team to design displays for over 600 UK stores. Our role at the head office involved supporting the team in finding creative ways to showcase products and develop practical solutions to maintain M&S's aspirational image. This included setting up displays, merchandising products in a mock-shop, and creating seasonal displays to highlight new products and store events for VM guidelines. We worked closely with the head office team to ensure smooth logistics, considering that these guidelines are implemented across hundreds of stores.

We have built a strong relationship with M&S, creating displays in various categories such as Food, fashion, homeware, Christmas, beauty, and horticulture. In addition to developing VM guidelines and policies, we were also involved in the opening of new stores where innovative VM practices were implemented. It has been an honor to work with and influence such an iconic and beloved British brand.
